Saanvi Advisory TRUSTED PARTNER FOR REGULATORY EXCELLENCE

Overview

Every industrial unit needs consent from its state Pollution Control Board before establishing operations, and again before commencing them, with renewal at prescribed intervals after that. Saanvi Advisory manages this full consent lifecycle, from Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) through subsequent renewals, along with related Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) registrations, as a continuous engagement rather than a one-time filing.

TNPCB's 15-day disposal target only starts once an application is filed complete, and it's the regional office, not the applicant, that decides what counts as complete. Our founder spent 25 years on that side of the desk. Saanvi Advisory's CTE and CTO filings are prepared around that fact, rather than around the checklist alone.

What's Included

  • Consent to Establish (CTE). Application preparation and submission for new or expanding industrial units, prior to construction or installation.
  • Consent to Operate (CTO). Application and renewal for units commencing or continuing operations, including amendment applications for capacity or process changes.
  • Hazardous waste authorization. Authorization for generation, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules.
  • EPR registration. Extended Producer Responsibility registration on the CPCB portal, for applicable product categories.
  • E-waste compliance. Compliance support under the E-Waste (Management) Rules for applicable industrial units.

Engagement Process

  1. Assessment

Review of the unit's operations, production processes, and existing consent status to determine applicable filings.

  2. Documentation

Preparation of application forms and supporting technical documentation required by TNPCB and CPCB.

  3. Submission & Liaison

Filing through the relevant portal and liaison with the regional office through to disposal of the application.

  4. Ongoing Monitoring

Tracking renewal timelines and regulatory changes affecting the unit's consent conditions.

Who This Is For

Manufacturing and processing units operating, or seeking to establish operations, anywhere in India, in industries ranging from textiles and engineering to chemicals and food processing.
